Need Help Paying For Health

The Wisconsin Well Woman Program pays for:

• Mammography.
• Pap and Pelvic Testing.
• Related follow-up services.

Treatment: Women diagnosed with breast and/or cervical cancer while enrolled in the Well Woman Program are automatically eligible for the Well Woman Medicaid Program, as long as they do not have health insurance. Woman remain eligible for the treatment program as long as they need treatment for breast and/or cervical cancer.

Eligibility:

• Between the ages of 45 & 64.
• Meet income requirements.
• Be uninsured or under insured.
